The Marimekko Artist Series invites emerging and established artists to collaborate on limited-edition collections that push the boundaries of printmaking. My challenge? Give Marimekko the kind of creative clout that makes curators, editors and fashion folk take notice. With Swedish artist Petra Börner as the spark, I wrote campaign copy that captured the artistic intent while amplifying cultural relevance. The outcome was over 8M in social media reach and a content collaboration with Wallpaper* that helped cement Marimekko’s place in the design conversation.
