Thoughtful collaborations have become synonymous with the lifestyle brand Marimekko, with a roster including Adidas, Uniqlo and Ikea. But Marimekko and sleek accessories label Mansur Gavriel needed to hit different. Possess a more refined, intellectual edge. Marimekko approached me to develop a concept and content for their campaign: a capsule collection of five limited-edition bag styles. I built on their brand identity to attract a fashion-forward global customer with a focus on the US market.
