It’s been 60 years since Maija Isola designed one of the world’s most recognised floral prints: Unikko (flower). Which meant it was time to celebrate with the biggest campaign in Marimekko history. My role was to write everything from the tagline to paid ads to newsletters. And they worked—it was Marimekko’s highest-performing campaign of all time.
